The Freedom Management Group, Inc. MWTC TradeFest 2026 Service Agreement

 

 

 This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between: Michael Wade Trade Coaching (MWTC), a division of The Freedom Management Group, Inc., located at 4830 Impressario Ct Ste 102, Las Vegas, NV 89149-4770, referred to as "MWTC," and the "Participant," who has registered for the MWTC TradeFest 2026 event.

By registering for MWTC TradeFest 2026, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Event Overview

MWTC TradeFest 2026 is a trading education event held aboard the Norwegian Bliss, featuring three full days of live trading bootcamp. The event will take place from February 8, 2026, to February 15, 2026, departing from Los Angeles, California, and traveling to the Mexican Riviera (Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán, and Puerto Vallarta).

2. Services Provided

Depending on the selected cabin type, the Participant will receive:

Inside Cabin Package:

  • Access to the MWTC Trading Bootcamp for 1 participant
  • Full Beverage Package
  • Unlimited Internet Access for the participant
  • Amenities for 1st & 2nd guest only
  • All gratuities included
  • Pricing is based on double occupancy

Balcony Cabin Package:

  • Everything included in the Inside Cabin package, plus:
  • 3 Specialty Restaurant Dinners
  • 300 Internet Minutes per cabin
  • $50 Shore Excursion Credit per port

Club Balcony Cabin Package:

  • Everything included in the Balcony Cabin package, plus:
  • Extra space, premium comfort, and exclusive perks

The specific inclusions are subject to the terms set by Norwegian Cruise Line and may be subject to change.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

A. Payment Terms

  • All bookings are based on double occupancy. If traveling alone, Participants are responsible for the single occupancy supplement as determined by Norwegian Cruise Line.
  • Payment must be completed in full as per the booking terms.

B. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund available if canceled more than 6 months before the event date.
  • Partial refund may apply if canceled within 6 months before the event, depending on the situation. MWTC will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Participant spots are transferable to another individual if needed.

4. Exclusions & Additional Costs

  • Flights, visas, travel insurance, and additional expenses (such as hotel stays before or after the cruise) are not included and are the Participant's responsibility.
  • MWTC does not cover personal expenses, onboard activities, or any additional purchases made on the cruise.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • MWTC is an educational company and does not provide financial advice. Each Participant is responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.
  • Trading involves risk, and MWTC is not liable for any trading losses incurred before, during, or after the event.
  • Itinerary changes: MWTC is not responsible for any modifications to the cruise schedule made by Norwegian Cruise Line.
  • MWTC is not liable for travel disruptions, personal injuries, or loss of property during the event.

6. Conduct & Participant Expectations

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
  • Any Participant engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior may be removed from the event without a refund.
  • The event environment is collaborative and supportive—any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Force Majeure & Event Rescheduling

  • If the event must be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, MWTC will reschedule according to Norwegian Cruise Line’s policies.
  • MWTC reserves the right to change event dates or make necessary modifications due to major unforeseen events.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
