Michael doesn’t teach alone. Every coach here was personally coached by him for at least twelve months before ever leading a room.
"My mission is to bring trading success to as many as possible. To scale this mission, I am in the constant process of adding coaches to the MWTC community."
Some of the people I personally coach become clear candidates to coach others in accordance with the MWTC method.
Only those who embody truth, authenticity, trading mastery and a sincere desire to be in support of others make it to my team of coaches.
All those listed below exhibit these qualities. All of them have been personally coached by me for at least 12 months.

Joe began trading the financial markets in 1989 starting with Commodity Futures. Over the next 10 years, he expanded his trading to other markets including equities (stocks) and foreign exchange. During that time, he took a part time approach to trading because he owned and operated a sound contracting company and three video rental stores. He didn’t get serious about his trading business until the late 90’s. In 2000, he began trading equity options and embraced that market.
He took a number of stock and option educational courses and by early 2003, became an instructor for Optionetics, the leading option education company at that time. He quickly became a Lead Instructor of both on-ground and online education courses. He has traveled across the globe teaching entry level content up through the most advanced strategies.
For over 20 years he has brought his high energy and common-sense approach of teaching and trading to countless thousands of students.
Over the years Joe has created and developed excellent training materials for both live “in person” seminars, as well as online presentations. He has also created a number of trading systems and automated trading applications on a variety of trading platforms.

Jeff began trading options in 2003 and quickly immersed himself in the world of professional trader education after joining Optionetics as an instructor. Working alongside some of the industry's most respected coaches gave him the opportunity to learn from experienced traders while developing his own disciplined approach to the markets. More than two decades later, Jeff continues to focus on short-term, risk-defined options strategies, trading everything from long calls and puts to credit spreads, debit spreads, butterflies, and calendar spreads with holding periods ranging from a single day to several weeks.
Jeff believes successful trading begins with one principle above all others: manage risk first. From there comes disciplined execution, followed by profit management. That philosophy serves as the foundation of both his trading and his coaching. He teaches traders that consistency isn't built by chasing the next big winner, but by developing patience, following a repeatable process, and managing position size appropriately. Among the most common mistakes he sees are traders risking too much—or, just as often, risking too little to allow their edge to compound over time.
After benefiting from the generosity of mentors throughout his career, Jeff is passionate about giving back by helping others shorten their learning curve and gain confidence in their own trading. His coaching style combines practical education with an upbeat personality, humor, and an unwavering commitment to disciplined decision-making. Outside the markets, Jeff enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, listening to audiobooks, and speaking. Whether working with new or experienced traders, his goal is to help students believe in themselves, trust their process, and discover that long-term success is built one well-managed trade at a time.
