🏨 Pre-Cruise Events & Logistics

• 📍 Pre-Cruise Party

  • Where: Hilton Galveston Island Resort

  • When: Thursday, February 27, 2025 (The time and location will be displayed at the hotel reception and sent via WhatsApp and email).

  • What’s Included: A fun social event to meet fellow traders before we set sail! The meeting will take place at one of the hotel bars, where each of you can purchase the drink of your choice.

   

• 🚖 Transportation Options

  • All participants must arrange their own transportation to Galveston due to the variety of arrival times and airport locations. Since travelers are flying in from different places at different times, coordinated group transportation is not feasible. Below are some recommended options:

    • Galveston Express

    • Galveston Limo

    • Royal Galveston Shuttle

  • Hotel to Ship Options: 

    - Hotel Shuttle: $20 per person (Hilton provides this service)

    - Uber Estimate: ~$15 for 4 people

  • Ship to Airport: arranged by Marsha with NCL if you requested it at your final payment.

We highly recommend arranging transportation in advance to avoid last-minute delays and ensure a smooth travel experience.
